Welcome to Colab Sports Private Limited, an online esports gaming platform designed for competitive gaming and tournaments. These Terms and Conditions govern your access and use of our services including pay-to-play competitive matches.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and participate in prize- eligible competitions on the Esports platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

• Esports provides a skill-based online platform where users can participate in Counter-Strike 2 (CS2) matches by paying an entry fee. Performance in these matches is tracked on a public leaderboard. Prizes are awarded to top-performing players based on objective, skill-based criteria as outlined on the website.

• Entry Fees:Participation in prize-eligible matches requires the payment of an entry fee as specified on the platform. All payments are processed through a secure third-party payment gateway.
• Prize Distribution:Prizes will be distributed to the top-ranking players on the leaderboard at the conclusion of each competition period. The exact prize structure and payout schedule will be clearly displayed on the platform.

• All users are expected to maintain a high standard of sportsmanship. The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification, account termination, and forfeiture of any fees and potential winnings:
• Cheating: Using any third-party software, scripts, hacks, or unauthorized tools (e.g., aimbots, wallhacks).
• Harassment: Engaging in any form of abusive, threatening, or toxic behavior, including hate speech, racism, or personal attacks against other players.
• Collusion: Conspiring with other players to manipulate match outcomes or leaderboard rankings.
• Account Sharing/Smurfing: Playing on an account that is not your own, or using an alternate account to manipulate rankings.

Colab Sports Ventures Pvt Ltd reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and our decision on all conduct-related matters is final.

• All entry fees are non-refundable. An exception may be made at our sole discretion in cases of prolonged, documented server-side technical failures that prevent participation. Disqualification due to a violation of these Terms does not qualify for a refund.

• The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Colab Sports Ventures Pvt Ltd makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the operation of the platform. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.

• These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

• We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this site. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
