ColabEsports Refund Policy Terms & Conditions

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds for entry fees are handled by Colab Sports Ventures Private Limited for the Esports platform.

General Policy

CS2 Tournament Refund Guidelines & Eligibility

  • Due to the nature of our skill-based competitions, where entry fees directly contribute to a prize pool for a specific competition period (e.g., weekly), all entry fees are considered final and **non-refundable** upon payment.
  • When you pay an entry fee, you are purchasing a limited license to participate in the specified competition period for the chance to win a prize. This license is consumed once you have been granted access to the server.

Exception: Service-Side Technical Failures

  • A refund may be issued at the sole discretion of Esports administration under the following specific circumstances:
  • Prolonged Server Unavailability: If our game servers are offline or unreachable for a significant, continuous portion of the competition period due to a documented failure on our end (i.e., not related to your internet connection or local hardware).
  • Critical Platform Bugs: If a major, verifiable bug within the Esports platform directly prevents you from participating in matches.
  • Issues such as poor personal game performance, dissatisfaction with match outcomes, or minor, temporary server lag do not qualify for a refund.

Disqualification

  • No refunds will be issued to players who are disqualified from the league for violating our Terms of Service. This includes, but is not limited to, disqualification for cheating, harassment, or any other prohibited conduct.

How to Request a Refund

  • If you believe you qualify for a refund based on the exceptions listed in Section 2, you must contact our support team within 48 hours of the end of the affected competition period
  • Your request must include your username, the date of payment, and detailed evidence (such as screenshots or error messages) supporting your claim of a service-side technical failure. All requests will be investigated, and our decision will be final.

Changes to This Policy

  • We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will apply to all entry fees paid after the date of the new policy's implementation
